What do you all think about the price for Elden Rings dlc?

For me in Canada it’s $53.49 +tx so around $61 total.

That’s the cost of a new game, not a dlc.

Given the track record of the company I’m sure the dlc will be amazing, but I’m very curious as to the length of it as well.

There’s also like a premium version that costs even more and comes with some extra stuff. Dlc got dlc now.

Fromsoft are obviously squeezing every penny they can whilst they are able to. I’ll likely just wait and get a more reasonably priced version. 2024 is stacked with amazing looking games.

“The Premium Bundle includes the following content: • ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree expansion • ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree Digital Artbook & Original Soundtrack”

Now I don’t know about you, but I’m sure I can live with the artbook and soundtrack being put behind a £5 price tag.

I am 100% certain it will be worth it. FROM have never half-assed a game nor expansion, Elden Ring least of all.

Yup. I waited something like a year for Elden Ring to go on sale. No problem waiting again.

It’s only $40 in the US which is what I expected it to be.

If that translates to $61 bucks in CAD: How much is the base game? Because I wouldn’t expect it to be the same $60 base price of a AAA game like it is in USD.

Edit: Just looked on SteamDB, the price of the base game in Canada is $80. Which appears to be typical for anything that’s $60 here in the states.
