I don’t have the will power to listen to this, if anyone does let me know how it goes.
I’ve seen a few of this guy’s things, he has one where he’s a shop union steward type guy who is doing a routine inspection and it’s pretty good and chill, but the undertones of the more explicitly communist content make me think he’s absorbed a lot of imperial core ideas. Probably a well meaning “most liberal guy I know in Labour” type is my guess.
That said, I do like his voice and his acting. Works for me on that level.
Have you watched this particular video? I tried watching it but for some reason I got embarrassed and closed it only after a few seconds.
Yeah, not sure what was embarrassing about it. I’m typically listening while I do something else maybe it’s the visuals? I didn’t think it was that weird.
There’s nothing embarrassing about ASMR, I think I just got personally embarrassed because I was being “spoken to” if that makes sense. I don’t usually listen to these but this one I saw in a video and was intrigued.
Gotcha, that’s predominantly what I listen to so it’s not weird to me. But I could see that if you’re not used to it.

I saw it when I was watching a woman react to funny ASMR videos, this one was in her search but she didn’t watch it so I looked it up. I’m super curious about what happens in it but I got too embarrassed to watch the whole thing.
