That looks like an IBM PC. I recognize it from my childhood years when the father of a friend (who worked for IBM) had one in the early 80’s. That dude is probably as nerdy as he looks. So not a dumb terminal, it’s one of the first home computers.

Doing the same, except I’m doing it with a bunch of friends and we’re making a gaming convention out of it at a ski resort. EclipseCon 2024 running from Apr 6 to Apr 9. I’ve been planning this since 2020, when I first heard the eclipse was going to pass close by.

Does an attacker need to be logged in to take advantage of the exploit? Will a whitelist keep my server safe?
