Pretty sure that’s also how NAFO people refer to Russia supporters (go figure).

Oh no, don’t get me wrong, he won’t end it, he’ll just make it harder to supply Ukraine. Whether that matters is another question.
Then, once nature takes its course and the war ends the way it has to, people will blame Trump and claim Ukraine would have won without him.
About a year ago or so I was saying that Trump would be the perfect fall guy to pull out of Ukraine with.
Trump will win the election, and early on in 2025 he’ll pull all Ukraine support, instead preferring to focus on Israel and China.
Then, once Russia inevitably wins the war, all the liberals will have a perfect scapegoat to point towards, and they will all claim in unison:
“Ukraine would have won if it wasn’t for that dang meddling Cheeto in the White House!!!”
They get to be smug about it, and all is well in the world.
Oh my god, the cope, the cope!
User A: just can’t figure out why Biden’s camp wanted to do this. What was the good outcome here?
User B: I’m guessing he was doing fine whenever the decision was made but at some point within the last week he caught something that’s been effecting him quite a bit. I’ve seen him talk in the past couple months and it was nearly night and day compared to last night.
User C: The campaign said multiple times that he apparently got a cold a few days ago. It’s why he sounded a lot better in the after party too, probably sucked on a cough drop for it which doesn’t work so well for talking for an hour.
User B: I wonder if they can slot in an extra debate sooner rather than later if both Biden and Trump agree to it. If not then I hope something else can be arranged that will allow masses to see Biden better and not under the effects of a cold. Campaign rallies wouldn’t be enough for that.
IT’S JUST A STUTTER COLD
So on another forum, some of the most consistently wrong and delusional neoliberals are STILL saying they shouldn’t replace Biden.
Some choice quotes:
I think the argument that Biden needs to step aside is short-sighted. The Democrats have nobody with a strong public image that would garner the same voter turnout - replacing Biden this late in the game would basically be throwing in the towel and handing the election to Trump.
Yeah, it’s simply too late. We’re locked into this. If Biden stepped aside they would just nominate Harris since the DNC would have full control over who gets nominated (and she would also be president if Biden for whatever reason stepped down from the role before the election) and historically taking it out of the hands of the people like that has resulted in very lopsided elections. It’s political suicide trying to avoid an impending political stroke. I can’t imagine anyone being selected charismatic enough to get over the “political unknown” factor that will sway independents to hesitate or go third-party like how polls show that if Haley suddenly got the position Trump is in a large amount of people would switch to RFK due to unfamiliarity. Whoever was selected would have needed a primary’s season to get their name out there enough for people to be on board and also need to be liked enough for that to matter.
Who could they possibly choose? It’s too late to enter the primary, the DNC would certainly nominate Harris or Newsom, who both will not win against the GOP in a presidential election, no one in the House is notable enough to fill his shoes and the Democratic party would genuinely take their chances with a mob like on Jan 6th again than nominate a Jewish progressive who is against Israel’s extermination campaign and has the heritage background to actually have a meaningful impact on public discourse and governmental action for that.
It’s insane to expect Biden to be replaced, short of him dying he isn’t going to be, it would be an insanely bad idea and would be the easiest way to ensure the Republican party wins the election.
If the DNC thinks like they do, Trump 2024 is locked in.
Bit idea: Respond to neolibs saying that if you don’t support replacing Biden, you are voting for Trump.
Can someone please translate this into English for me:
One thing he mentions, that is completely true and visible elsewhere, is how russia has completely, COMPLETELY mastered the craft of online propaganda. They successfully have troll farms in St Petersburg and Moscow diligently timing mass replies and comments to steer algorithms to push their narrative. And the narrative generally goes into baiting the western mass media into over-trusting the notion of escalation.
I’m drawing a blank.
Oh no, a red line crossed! Anyways…
The Putin Insider is going right for the jugular with this headline:
Ukraine’s military is shifting to a defensive strategy that failed Nazi Germany in WWII
But inside contains the usual cope about “massive Russian losses” that you’ve all seen a thousand times before. Not a very interesting article overall apart from the headline.
A lot higher than we expected’: Russian arms production worries Europe’s planners
As Ukraine has scrambled to source ammunition, arms and equipment for its defence, Russia has presided over a massive ramping up of industrial production over the last two years that has outstripped what many western defence planners expected when Vladimir Putin launched his invasion.
As Russia’s war in Ukraine drags into its third year, the massive Russian investment in the military, projected this year to be the largest as a share of GDP since the Soviet Union, has worried European war planners, who have said Nato underestimated Russia’s ability to sustain a long-term war.
A tale as old as time: Smug Europeans with planet-sized hubris decide to poke the bear and find out the hard way.
I am torn who I should trust more these days – a product created by a Russian, or another product also created by a Russian 🤔
Twitter’s captcha has also become unsolvable. No joke, 20 steps of verification, and the symbols you need to click on don’t even exist.
So there’s no way to view Twitter and no way to join Twitter either. The site is officially dead.
Don’t worry guys, Russia constructed the satellite out of washing machine chips, so it’s low quality and will break apart before it fires.
Don’t worry guys, Russia’s nukes don’t work, so the satellite is only armed with a giant shovel.
Don’t worry guys, Russia ran out of rockets (and missiles) so Putin had to personally carry the satellite up into space using a comically long ladder, and that took him approximately 2 years, so they aren’t gonna put up a second one there anytime soon.
This video has convinced me that American police needs to be put down like rabid dogs.
We need leaked tapes of Biden going full mode.
Reports are already coming in about Syrsky sending significant reinforcements to Avdiivka.
Bakhmut 2.0 in the making. At this rate, I doubt Ukraine will make it to the end of the year.
This is hardly a win. I think this only made it more likely for him to get couped in the future. The soldiers really don’t like Syrsky.
For those who are not aware, Syrsky has a reputation for not caring about the lives of the soldiers under his command. He is responsible for the Bakhmut defense, and hence hated among the troops. And the cherry on top is that he wasn’t even born in Ukraine – he’s from Russia.
It’s such a disastrous choice that for the first time since the war started, I’m seeing both sides in complete agreement on Twitter.
Zaluzhny’s replacement is Syrskyi, aka. “The Butcher of Bakhmut”
Expect unlimited Ukrainian casualties under his command.
Europeans, but same thing ultimately.
It comes from a quote by Josep Borrell, High Representative for Foreign Affairs of the EU:
